Apr 28, 2021 ESCANABA — Kathryn M. “Kay” Perow-Ammel, 74, of Escanaba, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her daughter’s home following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Escanaba on March 11, 1947, the daughter of Emil and Clara (Kleiman) Perow. Kay graduated from Holy Name High School in 1965 and attended college in DePere, Wis. In 2001, she married Bernard Ammel in Escanaba. Kay spent the majority of her years working in the business office at OSF St. Francis Hospital until her retirement.
