International Code Council welcomes Russ Manning as Deputy Senior Vice President of Technical Services
The International Code Council announced that Russ Manning, former executive director of facility operations & maintenance for the National Facility Services of the Kaiser Permanente Health System, joined the Codes and Standards Department as deputy senior vice president of technical services.
