VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): A total of 11,753 total cases of Covid-19 have now been recorded in Laos with the announcement on Friday (Aug 20) of 440 new cases, while two more deaths from the virus were also reported.
Laos has increased the quarantine period for those entering state quarantine centers from 14 days to 28 days following cases of community spread by those leaving quarantine, reports Laotian Times.
