Wierzycka's Sygnia in talks with India to develop new Covid-19 vaccine, Cabinet hears

Sygnia is in talks with the Serum Institute of India about developing a new vaccine and securing doses for SA, according to a document presented to Cabinet late in January. This follows news that a small study suggested the shots developed by AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford could have limited impact on mild infections of the new variant....
