CAROLINA BEACH -  The Town of Carolina Beach is implementing a new strategy for dealing with trash on the beach front; they are removing the big blue trash barrels. The goal is to promote a new program called, Pack it in, pack it out meaning that everyone visiting the beach must take their trash with them when they leave.
The goal of the new program is to help maintain a clean and safe environment for beach visitors and wildlife. ....
