ZAMBOANGA CITY -The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in the Zamboanga Peninsula (PDEA-9) has warned the public against the use of an illegal and dangerous new drug substance, known as "shabu pills". Darmalyn Jumlail, PDEA-9 information officer, issued the warning Thursday after authorities in Manila have seized several pieces of the new type of illegal drug.
