(File photo) BAGUIO CITY - The city government has approved a Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) which will be implemented until 2030 to make the city resilient from disasters. Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, in a phone interview on Wednesday night, said the plan will serve as a guide in making programs, projects, and activities geared towards climate change adaptation and mitigation. "The plan identifies problems so that we can make a long-term protection to future problems," the official said.
