MANILA - The Social Security System (SSS) added the Pension Loan Program (PLP) and Retirement Benefit Modules in the ExpreSSS e-Learning (ExSSSel) portal last June and September 2021, respectively, where 1.8 million retirement pensioners can access a more detailed information about the programs.
