A 23 year-old man was charged on Thursday for stabbing Indian student Tejaswini Kontham to death and attempting murder on a second woman in north west London.
The father told a local TV channel Tejasvini had first gone to London three years ago to study for her Master's degree. He said she came home for a month in August last year and was to come back last month for her marriage
The deceased, Tejaswini Reddy had apparently gone to London for higher studies where she was attacked with a knife. The incident, according to the London Metropolitan Police, happened on June 13.
