Three Ness City teens hurt in rollover accident By The News staff NESS CITY – Three teens were injured, two seriously, when one lost control of the car she was driving early Tuesday morning and it rolled. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported Summer Renee Woods, 16, of Hanston, was driving a 2009 Chevy Impala eastbound on 110th Road in rural Ness County about 1:20 a.m. when she lost control of the vehicle and went into a skid. Saline County selected for Kansas Local Bridge Improvement Program Grant Gov. Laura Kelly announced that Saline County has been selected to receive funding as part of the Kansas Local Bridge Improvement Program.  Kansas Department of Transportation Secretary Julie Lorenz and Kelly announced the selection as part of the state-local partnership program that is part of the IKE transportation program.
