KUALA LUMPUR: The Green Electric Tariff (GET) initiative is among the five targets achieved by the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry’s (KeTSA) 100-Day Aspirasi Keluarga Malaysia (Malaysian Family Aspirations), says its minister Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.
Malaysia will allow only non-renewable energy exports to neighbouring Singapore, while power sales to the island through self-developed transmission and interconnection facilities will not be allowed, its energy ministry said.
