The lease transaction, due to conclude this week, would take the 40,000 sq ft 90 Duke Street to fully let, as owner ACL has its headquarters on the top two floors and the DWP would take the ground and first floors under the deal. Sarah Townsend Network Space Developments has appointed the contractor to deliver the industrial scheme that forms part of Triumph Business Park in Speke, and work has begun. The 138,000 speculative scheme, known as Spitfire Court, is being brought forward by developer Network Space on behalf of global investor Infrared Capital Partners, which bought Triumph for £30m from an undisclosed vendor in 2019.
