New Eastern Cape ANC executive will have its work cut out
The newly elected Eastern Cape ANC provincial executive committee, inherits an organisation fraught with “stubborn” divisions, with a collapse of organisational discipline and a decline in ethics, values and traditions of the movement. This was the message delivered by newly elected provincial secretary Lulama Ngcukayitobi when he tabled his organisational report, behind closed doors, at the rather tense ninth ANC provincial elective conference held in East London over the past four days.
