RIVM maakt zich zorgen over aantal coronagevallen
DEN HAAG (ANP) - Het aantal nieuwe coronagevallen daalt niet of nauwelijks meer, en dat terwijl de herfst voor de deur staat. Dat baart het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM) zorgen. "De circulatie van het virus stabiliseert en blijft aanzienlijk. Dat is een punt van zorg", aldus Jaap van Dissel, directeur van het Centrum Infectieziektebestrijding van het RIVM. Hij is ook voorzitter van het Outbreak Management Team dat de overheid adviseert over de aanpak van de corona-uitbraak.
