李家超：資審會將依法審查候選人資格 落實「愛國者治港」 - 兩岸

資審會會公平公正、依法履行審查，並確認候選人資格把關重任，確保完善選舉制度準確落實，並獲得應有的效果，將「偽擁護」、「偽效忠」的人拒於管治架構門外。
文章顯示，根據新修訂的《香港基本法》附件一、附件二及相應本地法例的要求，候選人資格審查委員會（資審會）已於6日設立並開始運作，首次會議已於14日舉行。
文章稱，資審會負責審查並確認選舉委員會委員候選人、行政長官候選人和立法會議員候選人的資格。資審會就有關人士是否符合擁護《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法》、效忠中華人民共和國香港特區的法定要求和條件作出決定。資審會在判斷過程中可諮詢香港特區維護國家安全委員會（國安委）。
