Residents continue to relocate as I-83 widening project advances
York County residents are still being relocated as PennDOT issues notices of eminent domain for its North York I83 widening project. The next phase of the project set to begin in 2023 and has residents of a small neighborhood nestled against I83 Exit 22, dwindling in number.
