Majuperak said on Friday it was buying the stake from Sloane Infinity Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd. “The proposed acquisition represents a strategic investment for Majuperak to enable its group to be entitled for the future income streams arising from the property development project carried out by NDSB and consolidate its business in that sector, ” it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
