ELKINS Officials took another step Thursday toward making the long-discussed Randolph County pool/splash pad project a reality.
Randolph County Commissioners Mark Scott, David Kesling and Chris See met with engineering and planning firm E.L. Robinson at the Elks Country Club pool Thursday to plan for the upcoming project.
“They (E.L. Robinson) were there taking measurements on each building and seeing what was salvageable and not,” Kesling said. “They were also getting some input from us three commissioners, along with Stanley Teets from the Elks.” ....
