Jan 27, 2021 Charlie Doutt, 67, of Roaring Spring, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Henry E. and Frances J. (Cadman) Doutt. He married Jeanie McGraw in 1974. Surviving are his beloved wife of 47 years; a daughter, Dawn Dilling and husband Eric of Martinsburg; a son, Jon and wife Jessica of Altoona; two grandchildren: Ethan and Ellie; a sister, Marian Seaton in N.C.; a brother, Bill of Martinsburg; nieces and nephews.
