New giant in Belgian property management emerges
The French property manager Esset gets off to a flying start in Belgium, with the takeover of property management Codabel and Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services in Belgium. The shopping centres Docks Bruxsel and Basilix, among others, will consequently come under French management.
