Council paints paw prints near bins as part of anti-dog fouling campaign Dog fouling is one of Powys' most common pet peeves and now a new campaign has been launched to remind dog walkers to bag and bin their mutt's mess responsibly. Bright and colourful paw prints have been spotted across the county to help dog owners find the nearest bin and keep pavements and green spaces free from dog waste.
