A Lagos State High Court has summoned the state Controller of the Nigerian Correctional Services (NCoS) Alagbon in Ikoyi to explain whereabouts of a contemnor and Chairman of Confidence Cargo, Freight Forwarder, Dada Aigbe. The court also ordered that the Deputy Sheriff of the state High Court, Micheal Alogaga, appear before it on same day. Their appearance is to explain to the court the whereabouts of Aigbe. While the Sheriff is to explain to the court how he served Aigbe the court processes, the controller is to explain whether he was in the prison custody. ....
