(Cesafi) is putting its foot down on the recent spate of violent acts in the basketball tournament, suspending the City of Bogo Science and Arts Academy's (CBSAA) Franz Jeffrey Aballe for two games after he was found pinning the head of Ateneo de Cebu's Nikolas Yu with his elbow during their game on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 at the Cebu Coliseum.
