-- Contributed J.E. Foster Funeral Home recently held its fifth-annual coloring contest for Toronto Elementary School pupils in grades kindergarten through five. The theme was “Color Your Spring,” with the top winning entry, by fourth-grader Pria Frey, appearing on a local billboard and sponsored by the funeral home for everyone to see. Winners also were named for each grade and presented a $35 gift card.
