Has been under pressure. some of that may be deliberate or munitions landing. it's pretty clear russia's tactics in the past have involved depriving towns they want control of of basic utilities, electricity, water, heating and so we've seen some that have in mariupol on the southern coast on the sea of azol. that is besieged. people are talking about the lack of facilities. concerns here in odesa we may see some of that. we've seen power cuts in the various towns we've been through in the past days or so. hard to work out if that is purposeful or just a facet of the destruction or chaos this ...
