Nokia to sell Device Management, Service Management Platform businesses to Lumine Group for $203.1 mn, ET Telecom
Approximately 500 Nokia Device Management and Service Management Platform employees are expected to transfer to Lumine Group as part of the deal, the statement added. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2024, subject to necessary approvals.
