DAGUPAN CITY: Malacañang has issued Proclamation 255, declaring June 20 as a special non-working day in this city in celebration of its 75th Founding Anniversary. According to the proclamation signed on behalf of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, 'It is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.'
