The Urban Division at Colliers says the restaurant is one of several new tenants in the North Core as it also works with an undisclosed user for the Federal Reserve Building.
The undisclosed tenant will take the entire building at 424 N. Hogan St.
The event was accepting donations for attendance, with all money raised going towards the Roots Community Food Centre Local Food Fund
