EL vaccine clinic EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool City Health District will be offering a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 18 at East Liverpool Community and Learning Center for eligible patients. This includes all persons age 50 and older and the following: persons working in law enforcement, corrections, child care services, schools, funeral homes and health care.
