雲林縣口湖分駐所員警昨晚執行巡邏勤務，於湖東村超商前發現1男子口罩戴在下巴，不僅不聽員警規勸，還拿出香菸包作勢抽菸挑釁，還騎單車烙跑，員警將其帶回拍照，依傳染病防治法開單告發。警方指出，設籍高雄市的王姓男子騎腳踏車在湖東村一處連鎖超商前徘徊，雖有戴口罩卻戴在下巴，未掩住口鼻，巡邏員警上前規勸，王男不僅未將口罩戴好，還拿出香菸作勢要抽挑釁，趁員警不注意騎單車烙跑，但仍被員警逮回開單。
