The district attorney in Cumberland County completed his review of an investigation into Onslow County Sheriff Hans Miller's single-car accident at the beginning of February and has ruled that no charges will come as a result.  On Feb. 9, Miller was in a single-car accident when his county-issued 2019 Dodge Durango hit a fire hydrant.
