The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) plans to shut down the state’s second-busiest interchange on Saturday for a massive overhaul project that will change drivers commute, if they use I-70 or I-65 to downtown Indianapolis. INDOT is building the Monon Loop, which pedestrians will be able to use once part of the trail is closed for safety during construction.
