20-year-old, Henry Garcia was arrested Tuesday in Lowell on a warrant out of Holyoke, MA State Police report. He's facing numerous charges related to a robbery at Shirin Jewelry in Holyoke on March 2 including Kidnapping, Masked Armed Robbery, Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon, and Felony Larceny.
