Balamban Toffellie notches  win No.2  in Northball  U25 hoop
Inspired by the warm cheers of its home fans, Balamban Toffellie outclassed its neighbor Toledo Joyful City, 98-90, to stay unbeaten in the inaugural Northball Under 25 Inter-Town Basketball Tournament over the weekend at the Mayor Esperanza Binghay Memorial Sports Complex in Balamban, Cebu.
