Bhopal: MP Prevention and Recovery of Damage to Public and Private Property Act, 2022; State govt notifies rules for claim tribunal
As per the rules, the state government will send a panel of three officials and the chairman of the tribunal may appoint the claim commissioner from the panel to assist the tribunal.
