NTPC Q3 Results: On a sequential basis, net profit increased 10% from Rs 4,726 crore posted in the preceding September quarter. Revenue from operations for the third quarter declined 4% year-on-year to Rs 42,820 crore, as against Rs 44,602 crore in the corresponding period of last year.

ntpc share price: FPIs warm up to the power stocks amid rising electricity demand

The FPIs’ assets under management (AUM) in the power sector rose by 39% to $31 billion in the past three months compared with 16% growth in their total equity AUM. Power stocks received an FPI inflow of $242 million over the past month, accounting for 8% of the total inflow.

NTPC Q3 net profit rises 7% to Rs 5,209 cr, dividend declared at Rs 2.25 per share

The firm's consolidated revenue from operations fell 4% to Rs 42,820 crore in Q3FY24NTPC Ltd on Monday reported 7% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 5,209 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. It reported consolidated net profit of Rs 4,854 crore in the year-ago period.

The PSU firm declared dividend of Rs 2.25 per share. The date of payment of dividend shall be February 22, 2024.

On Monday, NTPC's scrip on BSE closed 3% higher at Rs 324.65.
