Post-Fukushima reactor halt produces inexperienced nuclear plant workers in Japan

February 20, 2021 The suspension of nuclear reactors in Japan after the 2011 Fukushima disaster has kept many workers there from engaging in plant operations, resulting in inexperienced employees accounting for nearly a quarter of the workforce at plants, according to a Kyodo News tally.
