With not having the real person of interest in custody. but, you know, this is an investigation. they will look into what the officers did, that they shouldn't have done or, you know, what they neglected to do. but given there were no visible injuries, that the stories were sort of conflicting, i don't see it as that easy to say they abused their discretion. they should have arrested someone. >> look, there appeared to be minor marks o'brienn brian laun. there is so much to be learned for future cases. sara, thank you for speaking with us this morning. thanks. >> thank you. a week from hell....
