Plot. they called a couple witnesses yesterday. we don't have specific guidance about their plans, the defense that is. we have heard local reports they call may just one witness today and rest their case. then if they do that today, the judge will go through procedural issues including the 30 counts 17 of those could include the death penalty if convicted. it will take some time for the court to tell the jury the instructions on each of those counts and perhaps the jury may get the case later today or some time tomorrow. but we're thinking this week for sure that the jury will probably get. c...
