Budget cuts. here at la guardia, things are moving along at a brisk pace. the security line, only a handful of people waiting, and looking the other direction, you can see an ad but these are the monitors they use for the arrivals and departures, and we have seen few, if any, delays throughout the afternoon. all things for the most part at la guardia moving on schedule. earlier today janet napolitano, at the homeland security chief, did say there had been delays, lines at lax, o'hare weapon talked -- we talked to the operators of the airports and they said they were not aware of any long lines...
