profiling. and he asked the solicitor general and he says, you re right, it is not about racial profiling. greta: the chief justice or the general solicitor. it was a communication between both of them. greta: when you walked in, you got booing? did i?! greta: how that was? was that rugged? it s always rugged. you don t like people booing and you ridiculing you. but we have gotten used to it and the great first amendment working its way properly. so we listen, of course. there is no other way, other than tow listen to t. but we have so many other supporters that i think it s just overweighed by support. greta: you lost in the ninth circuit so have you to get five votes to win. and the interesting part today was that one justice, justice cagan had to disqualify herself because she was at the justice department when this started.
