Opium poppy plants illegally lanced were seized, and samples (Opium Poppy plants) were taken on the spot. Seized opium poppy plants were destroyed U/s 48 of the Act, with the help of a thresher and rotavator.
the truck was chased by CBN officers and was intercepted on Gwalior-Agra highway. However, both the occupants jumped from the moving truck and escaped. Officers of CBN expressed hope that they would be caught soon.
