36,000 hectares of coral reefs, mangroves possibly affected by Mindoro oil spill
Experts from the University of the Philippines - Marine Science Institute estimate that tens of thousands of hectares worth of coral reefs, mangroves and seagrass have been affected by the oil spill due to the recent sinking of MT Prince Empress.
