'Dangerous' wildcat spotted in Wandsworth
Residents in Roehampton were left shocked after realising a serval cat was being kept in their neighbourhood. James Brown, kept the animal as a family pet without a licence, and has been convicted of an offence under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act (DWA) 1976.
