南鐵東移案早從民國82年規劃施工，需要的拆遷戶數多達340戶，經過多年溝通，只剩下北區黃春香，以及東區自救會長陳致曉老家共2戶，不過去年10月陳家完成拆遷，僅剩黃家，黃春香和南鐵局溝通，因為是半拆戶所以要保留樓梯方便出入，也讓房屋結構不受威脅，但協調沒達成共識，早上8點多清空後，南鐵東移最後拆遷工程開始動工，但學生還在現場聲援，一度要翻越拒馬，還搶走警方盾牌！
