Made, at least out here in california for starters. principals and school executives cannot expel these young men and this young woman because these activities occurred off campus, which is a silly distinction. expulsion occurs only when there's on-campus behavior. also, for whatever reason we don't know the fact that audrey was unconscious makes the laws lighter. that obviously should change, as well. and finally, as are the laws in steubenville, ohio, the young men were tried as adults in that case, because rightfully it was an adult crime. out here in california, these young men are afforde...
