The chairman of the Ekpan Development Committee, Mr Stephen Akemu has died after been “shot, abducted and detained illegally” by police operatives in Delta State. Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force in Delta State have reportedly shot and “abducted” the chairman of the Ekpan Development Committee, Mr Stephen Akemu.
