GUWAHATI: Ministry of home affairs (NE Division) has written to chief secretaries of three states Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur, which share borders with Myanmar saying that “illegal influx from Myanmar has started” and asked the states not to grant refugee status to any foreigner.
