As president of Eagle Ridge Partners, a Minneapolis-based development, acquisition and asset-management company, Kristin Myhre has a birds-eye view of the Twin Cities commercial real estate market. Eagle Ridge Partners boasts a portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of space in the Twin Cities. Since joining the company in 2012, Myhre has completed 2.6 million square feet of acquisitions and 1.3 million square feet of dispositions, according to her company bio. Previously, Myhre had a 10-year run with Carlson Real Estate, where she worked on acquisitions, ground-up development, asset management, dispositions and leasing. In the following interview, Myhre talks about current market trends in commercial real estate, as well as some of her own projects and deals.
