SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - It's that time of year again, the annual Christmas tree permit sale by the USDA Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU). This year, tree permits begin being sold on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023. Permits will be sold in person only at the Forest Supervisor’s office in South Lake Tahoe at 35 College Drive.
